Our services

Manual therapy, physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation and one-to-one training – one team, one place. Every treatment we offer is listed below with its duration and price.

New here? Start with the first session: the physiotherapist you choose assesses your condition, draws up a personal treatment plan for you, and treatment already begins. As a returning patient, book the type of treatment your treatment plan contains.

Your physiotherapist always decides which methods we use in a given session – based on your condition and your goals.

First time here?

If you have not been to us before, this is where you start – whatever brings you in. The first session is mostly about mapping the problem and your goals, and treatment already begins: your physiotherapist asks about your complaints and your history, assesses your condition, examines you and then, with your goals in mind, talks your therapy plan through with you.

You will already get some treatment or an exercise for home, but the main aim of this visit is to find the right therapy for you. Your next appointments are for what your physiotherapist recommended.

If you have medical findings, a discharge summary or a referral, bring them along. The first session is always one hour.

Spine physiotherapy and manual therapy

Manual therapy is examination and treatment by hand: the physiotherapist examines how the joints and the soft tissue around them move, then treats them with precise, gentle movements. Spine physiotherapy and manual therapy covers the neck, the mid-back and the lower back – typically when your neck or back hurts, is stiff or moves less easily.

Common complaints people come to us with: a slipped disc and other disc-related complaints, narrowing of the spinal canal, wear-related complaints.

Active exercises are part of the treatment: your physiotherapist shows you what is worth doing at home, so that you can do everything to reach your goals. Our physiotherapists are manual therapists trained in the Maitland, Mulligan and McKenzie concepts.

Choose the 30-minute session (25 minutes of treatment) when your physiotherapist has suggested a shorter one – for a check-up or to go over your exercises, for example.

Upper limb physiotherapy and manual therapy

Examination and treatment by hand of the joints of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. It typically comes up when one of them hurts, is stiff, or everyday movements – lifting, reaching, gripping – have become harder, including after an injury or surgery.

Common complaints people come to us with: tunnel syndromes, frozen shoulder, numbness in the arm, symptoms radiating into the arm.

Your physiotherapist examines and treats how the joint and the muscles around it move, and teaches you exercises you can do at home too.

Lower limb physiotherapy and manual therapy

Examination and treatment by hand of the joints of the hip, knee, ankle and foot. It typically comes up when one of them hurts, is stiff, or walking, stairs or squatting have become harder – whether with wear-related complaints or after an injury or surgery.

The joints and cartilage of the lower limb carry a heavy load by their very function, so wear-related symptoms and radiating pain are common here. Manual therapy aims to help the nerves and muscles work together better; moving the joint also supports the nourishment of its cartilage.

Sports rehabilitation

After a sports injury or surgery, no longer hurting is not enough: load has to be built back gradually. Sports rehabilitation goes with you along that road – from treatment through targeted exercises until you are back at your own sport again.

Your physiotherapist fits the work to your sport and your goals, and decides when you are ready for the next step. Members of our team have helped many elite athletes through their rehabilitation.

Redcord individual training

Redcord is a suspension system: ropes and slings carry part of your body, so the load of each exercise can be set precisely – from very light to really demanding. The training builds on the stabilising muscles of the trunk and around the joints, on strength and on coordination.

It is always a one-to-one session, led by a physiotherapist, following the Neurac method. Our team includes an official instructor of the Redcord/Neurac method.

Redcord individual training is a one-hour session, 50 minutes of it training.

Physio-fitness

One-to-one training led by a physiotherapist. The aim is to build strength, mobility and endurance – with exercises fitted to your condition and to the complaints you have had.

Choose this form of exercise if you want to carry on with the exercises after a course of treatment, or if you want to train with a professional eye on how you move.

Blaze Pod neurological therapy

BlazePod is a set of touch-sensitive light pods. The task is simple: you react to the light that flashes – with a hand, a foot, on the move. By where the pods are placed and how the tasks are paced, the physiotherapist sets what you practise: reaction time, coordination, balance or attention.

We use it in neurological rehabilitation and in preparing athletes alike, always as a one-to-one session.
