Passes

If you come regularly, a pass makes your treatments better value. A pass is for one treatment plan (5–10 sessions), and can be used freely among treatments of the same length that cost the same on the price list.

• A pass is for one duration (1 hour or 30 minutes) and covers any treatment of that duration, with any of our physiotherapists – which method we use is your physiotherapist's decision. Redcord training can be booked from an ordinary pass too, paying the price difference each time. A Redcord pass session, in turn, can be used for any other treatment as well.
• A pass is valid for 3 months from purchase. Sessions not used by then are lost.
• When you buy online, the physiotherapist you choose confirms the purchase. Until then the amount is only held on your card; it is taken and invoiced when they confirm, and if they do not, the hold is released.
• You can also buy one at reception, in cash or by card.
• If you cancel or move an appointment at least 24 hours ahead, the session goes back on your pass; for a later cancellation or move, the session counts as used.
• You can also ask for a health-fund invoice. Once you have given the details it needs, we issue the invoice, and you submit it to your own health fund.
