Reception opening hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00–17:00

Saturday, Sunday: closed

You can reach us by phone and by e‑mail during reception opening hours.
Outside reception opening hours you can still send an e‑mail or a text message, but we can only answer it when the reception opens again.
For a cancellation sent by e‑mail or text message outside reception opening hours, the 24-hour free cancellation deadline is counted from the time the reception next opens, not from the arrival of your message.
If you call our mobile outside reception opening hours and we cannot take your call, we will try to call you back as soon as the reception opens again. If we have not called you back, please call us again during opening hours.
On the website you can book an appointment at any time, and change or cancel it in your account – the moment you do it is what counts; for a cancellation, the 24-hour deadline is counted from then.
