Gift vouchers

Give a flexible amount as a gift, which the recipient can spend on treatments, a pass or extras, on their physiotherapist's recommendation.

• A voucher is for an amount in forints. The recipient can spend it with us on anything: the first visit, a treatment, a pass – whatever their physiotherapist recommends.
• Choose one of the suggested amounts, or enter your own in whole thousands, between HUF 14,000 and HUF 300,000.
• You pay the full amount when you buy it, and the invoice is made out to you. We e-mail the code to you; print it or forward it to the person it is for.
• The recipient can redeem the voucher with its code in their account or at reception. The amount is then in their account and can be spent in parts – when booking or at reception. What the voucher does not cover is paid by card or in cash.
• A voucher cannot be spent on the K-Active tape; that is paid by card or in cash.
• It is valid for 12 months from purchase. After its last day the unspent amount is lost; 30 days before, we send an e-mail reminder about the balance not yet used.
• If an appointment paid from a voucher is cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, the amount goes back on the voucher.
• While nobody has redeemed it, you can ask for your money back online within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to refund a voucher bought at reception.
• You can also buy a voucher at reception. A discount code cannot be used on a voucher, and no health-fund invoice can be requested for its purchase.
